Charlottesville Women's 4 Miler

Foxfield Racetrack

Each year, more than 3,500 women and girls, hundreds of volunteers, and dozens of community sponsors come together to support breast cancer care and research. The Charlottesville Women's Four Miler has become a community tradition—one that has raised more than $3 million for UVA Cancer Center and has become the largest all-women's race in Virginia.

The Four Miler supports UVA Cancer Center's Breast Care Program, where multidisciplinary teams are committed to the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breast disease. UVA offers state-of-the art screening, including tomosynthesis (3D mammography), individually tailored breast care, and second opinions.
