UVA Health’s 2022-2032 Strategic Plan

'One Future Together' sets a bold vision for the future.

UVA Health recently announced its first enterprise-wide strategic plan, “One Future Together – Hope & Health for All.” This extension of the University’s “Great and Good“ strategic plan is the first in the institution’s history and sets an ambitious ten-year goal of becoming the nation’s leading public academic health system and best place to work. This will be achieved by transforming patient care, research, education, and engagement with diverse communities.

One Future Together presents a roadmap that guides four mission areas— all of which benefit from the generous philanthropy of donors, including –clinical care, education, research, and community, as well as the Schools of Medicine and Nursing, the University Medical Center, the University Physicians Group, the Health Sciences Library, UVA Community Health, and UVA Community Health Medical Group.
